Very rare edition with both the "illustrated Lyrics" Insert order form and 2 page Foolscap message from the fan club.

The flexi disc sleeve is in near mint condition with no writing or tears, the sleeve is very tidy indeed.

The disc itself is in mint condition, no kinks, no scratches, no evidence of ever being played.

The insert is in mint condition

The 2 page message from the fan club is crisp and clean and shows no ageing or handling at all.
