1966 - Arnold Palmer tees off as Jackie Gleason, Eddie Arcaro, and Jack Philbin watch in awe - you can just imagine Gleason thinking "I wish I could hit em' like that" as he takes a hit of his cigarette in hand.  Some background on the people in this Miami Herald original Type 1 photo:

- Arnold Palmer, was an American professional golfer who is widely regarded as one of the greatest and most charismatic players in the sport's history. Dating back to 1955, he won numerous events on both the PGA Tour and the circuit now known as PGA Tour Champions. Nicknamed The King, Palmer was one of golf's most popular stars and seen as a trailblazer, the first superstar of the sport's television age, which began in the 1950s
- Jackie Gleasonwas an American actor, comedian, writer, and composer known affectionately as "The Great One".  He developed a style and characters from growing up in Brooklyn, New York and was known for his brash visual and verbal comedy, exemplified by his city bus driver character Ralph Kramden in the television series The Honeymooners. The series originated in New York City, but videotaping moved to Miami Beach, Florida in 1964 after Gleason took up permanent residence there.  Among his notable film roles were Minnesota Fats in 1961's The Hustler (co-starring with Paul Newman) and Buford T. Justice in the Smokey and the Bandit series from 1977 to 1983 (co-starring Burt Reynolds).
