This is in excellent condition, printed in Czechoslovakia and distributed by Raf D. Szalatnay.  The Czech illustrations are beautiful, and this is a hard cardboard cover book with sheet music and gorgeous illustrations throughout.  This was bought from the actual estate of the late Raf D. Szalatnay who lived in Englewood NJ.  This is in the Czech language.  This has 16 different pages of sheet music, and gorgeous illustrations throughout.  Really nice!  Please look closely at my photos for details.  Item 1293 JJ
