Antique 1890s Victorian Brown Paisley Quilted Winter Skirt Pioneer-wear AS IS. Here we have an authentic cold weather skirt from the late 19th century. Made from many layers of material and quilted together, this skirt was meant to be worn through frigid climate conditions. The upper exterior fabric is a paisley printed cotton in shades of brown. The bottom half of the exterior is a coated water resistant cotton that is quilted with the under layers. The skirt is lightly gathered into the waist line with strings for closure.
