I do not believe this has ever been used. The cord was wrapped when I got it and in retrospect I should not have untied it. (That was a number of years ago, I’ve had it for a long time.) I plugged in for literally 2 seconds to verify it works, before that all dials were at 12 noon. Box has normal wear from age but the clock looks perfect with no wear or discoloration from being exposed to the sun.
