By purchasing/bidding on this item you agree to the following terms:

• Payment: Payment must be received within 3 days of auction close, unless prior arrangements have been made. We prefer eBay payments (as its easiest for everyone) but other options are available - Please contact us for details
• Shipping: Item(s) ship with 1-2 business days of payment received (we do not ship on weekends) We usually ship within 24 hrs! All listings are calculated shipping (we DO NOT make $ on shipping) We offer all available shipping options from UPS, Fed Ex and USPS - If your preferred shipping option is not available contact us and we will add it! All items not insured are shipped at buyers risk (although we can help with any claims) Tracking numbers will be made available when item ships. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping after the item has left our location 
• Item Condition: All items are preowned unless specified. Most are antique or vintage and may show wear or damage typical of items of its age. We try to describe that to the best of our ability, but sometimes we do miss things, so view pictures carefully for best judge of condition. They are considered part of item description. Since we do not know the history of each item we cannot promise that it will not smell like smoke, pets etc, although we do try to describe any noticeable smells
• Auction/Best Offer Listings: All items sold at auction are sold as is with no returns. Please do not ask us to end auction(s) early. Best offer listings will be clearly listed as such. Please do not make offers on listings that are not listed as best offer. We accept "best offers" on most fixed price listings, but please keep in mind that these items cost time and money to acquire and selling online is expensive so lowball offers will be ignored. We try to price items according to current market prices and love to give deals, but we cannot afford to give these items away! 
• Additional Terms: We pride ourselves on our customer service and strive for 5 star service with every transaction! In the event of any problems please contact us so we can help BEFORE leaving feedback or filing a claim. We find that most issues can be resolved with a simple email!

We are a small family owned business located in the Green Mountains of Vermont and have 1000's of great vintage and antique items we have acquired over the years to list over the coming months. We are on the road most weekends hitting estate sales, auctions, flea markets etc hunting for the next find to offer our customers or add to our own collections!
