Return & Refund Policy:

We hope the item bought from us will meet your satisfactory requirements, however if you are not satisfied with the purchase, please contact us via eBay messaging service and we will reply within 24 hours. We accept the return of goods within 30 days from the date of sale. Make sure the item you returning back must be unused, with its original tags and packing, unwashed and in resalable condition. Returns that are worn and damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted back. Please make sure you enclose your eBay ID and tell us the return reason so we can do quick refund process otherwise it will delay the refund. The return of item will be at buyer’s own expense.

Postage for Returning Goods:

As per eBay return policy, the buyer is responsible for paying postage charges if the buyer wishes to return or exchange an item. However, if the customer receives the wrong item and fault lies with the seller, then seller pay will the postage for returning the item back to seller warehouse.

Delivery:

We dispatch the goods within 24 hours from the purchase time during the weekdays. Goods are not posted/shipped during weekends. Our all goods are posted mainly by Royal Mail but we may use some other courier service as well depending upon the sizes and weight of the item you bought from us. Please note that deliveries times are always estimated so if the item is not delivered on the estimated day, you may get it within next couple of days as the delivery services are affected now a days due to current Pandemic crisis.
