This rare, hard-to-find, vintage belt buckle by Award Design Medals is pre-owned and in like-new condition. It is one of their earliest designs. Original box and paperwork are not available.

The uniquely designed, rose-shaped buckle features a shiny, 24k gold plate finish with antiquing to add dimension. It’s a beautiful piece that will add a distinguishing accent to your favorite belt and will be a great addition for your collection.  A photo of the buckle on a 1.5" belt is included to show what it looks like on a belt. The belt is NOT included in the sale.

I’ve always thought of this buckle as my very own, “Yellow Rose of Texas.”

Materials: Solid brass with 24K gold plating

There are no blackened, greened, or turned areas on the gold plating other than the antiquing. I have provided photos at different angles to show that the greenish-black areas are shadows and reflections and “move” with the lighting.
