This is an original single by Visage containing the songs The Damned Don't Cry and Motivation, released in Austria in 1982, in its original picture sleeve.

Austrian pressings were only ever made in very small numbers and are very rare nowadays. 

The vinyl is in mint condition. The picture cover has a little very light wear including a tiny nick at the top right edge, so is graded in excellent condition.
