From Mom's storage. Was my sister's. Late 80s, early 90s.

Silky like material—reminds me of a scarf. It's about 5 inches long and about 5 inches wide at the widest part, and 1.5 inches wide at the bow's knot. 

Looks like the bow is attached with fishing wire. It is handmade? I don't know.

It does have some issues, as listed in Condition above. Perhaps a good seamstress could fix the hem.

I did hand wash it, but I didn't specifically try to remove the stains (near the dangling thread, looks like four dots).

None of the issues are immediately apparent, IMHO. Sorry if I missed anything.
