Toledo Hydraulic offers a High Performance scalloped blade made from long lasting *M-2, High Speed Steel with a Rockwell Hardness of 62-64 that is drawn and precision ground.

General Rule of Thumb: If it fits it sits. As long as your outer Diameter is small enough for your saw housing and the arbor size is the same as your machine these high quality blades will fit your hydraulic hose saw machine.

  3. The blades must be inspected periodically for edge sharpness and edge fractures.
  4. Lubrication used when cutting will enable blades to last longer.
  5. Wear safety glasses at all times when cutting hose.

  • Larger blades and Scallopped Blades dissipate the heat better and last longer.
  • Smaller Blades and Beveled Blades get hotter faster, will become dull quicker.
  • Larger Blades and Scallopped Blades are more expensive to replace.
  • Small Blades and Beveled Blades are cheaper to replace.

Ultimately your machine will only fit a certain size blade. Every order placed with Toledo Tools is shipped within one business day of order completion if the item is in stock.

Every order placed through Toledo Tools will receive and order confirmation at the time of the purchase. Then followed by a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. That way you can be aware of the progress of your package. If your item shipped via Freight Transporter please be patient for information back from the tracking number it could take up to 24 hours.

Canada Shipping

Shipping Damage

Our shipping carriers are great but they are human and things to get damaged once in a while. If this happens call customer service ASAP. Please be prepared to take pictures of the packaging and the damage of the product. Do not throw away the packaging of the product. When the shipping carrier does an inspection they will want to see it.

Returns & Replacements

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product from Toledo Tools.

If the item is new and unused the customer is responsible for return shipping and will receive 100% the cost of the product. If the item was shipped to the customer and had free shipping on the item the customer will receive the cost of the product minus our cost of the shipping to the customer.

If an item is opened and deemed to be defective within 30 days from the date of delivery, please contact customer service so we can help you through the process. We will work with you to find a solution. Each customer can have a different experience with the fast paced age of the shipping industry. Whether the product was defective from the factory. Or one of our shippers damaged it prior to arrival at your address. We will find the best solution to take care of you. In most cases we can replace your item with the identical item or issue a full credit for the product and shipping. Please have patience and let us take care of you.

If an item is opened and brand new you can still return the item for a refund minus the cost of shipping to you. If the item was shipped with free shipping you will receive the cost of the product minus our cost of the shipping to you.

We cannot accept returns after 30 days from the date of delivery. We apologize in advance for this but running a business we have to adhere to this. If there is a Warranty issue with the item contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will get you taken care of.

With any return please contact customer service and recieve a RGA Number. You will be required to clearly write or label the RGA number on the outside of the box. Returns will Not be accepted without a RGA number. Please contact our customer service department for a return goods authorization number or message us through eBay.

If you want to returned the product and it is not in 100% new sell-able condition, we will credit 75% of product price minus shipping and handling costs. If the item was shipped with free shipping you will receive the cost of the product minus our cost of the shipping to you and then 75% of that total price.

Hi! My name is Nick Hartman I wanted to tell you a little bit about myself and our company. My background is computer graphics, web design, product branding, and anything that has to do with technology.

I understand what it takes to make you feel comfortable purchasing from a company online and what it takes to keep you as a loyal customer through customer service and dependable products. We want to show you products in the manner as if you were viewing the product in a store. As we progress you will be able to view the images as if it was in front of you.

In late 2005, I met the owner of that small tool company at a pool tournament for the APA league. Over the weekend we had discussed our professions, where I was a bartender and a freelancer straight out of the University of Toledo and he sold tools on eBay out of his home. Time had passed didn’t really think anything more about it. Then some time later I had ran into the owner of again. We had discussed me revamping his existing ad’s, making them look professional instead of having the feel of someone selling out of their garage. After a few hundred ad’s later it appeared the work I had done increased sales by about 20%. In 2006 I started selling his tools and products on my own website. Things started off kind of slow but had finally started to pick up a little.

After about a year I was starting to do well. Then in late 2007 the small tool company that was growing saw the potential and I came aboard full time. Creating several brands that took off very well. Being engrossed in the Tool industry and many different product lines later. I acquired a lot of knowledge about customer service, purchasing, shipping, accounting, marketing, everything that has to do with transitioning a small business into a big business. I love what I do. As time passed I became the General Manager of that company but my path of progression had come to an end. Many rises and a few falls, 10 years later now Toledo Tools sits in front of you now. I wanted to create a customer experience that I can control and put the passion into business for myself and my family and help you the customer through an easy and positive online experience.
