I've never seen another like this
The plate is made of plastic and looks to be hand painted blue
The frame is original metal and has some surface pitting
Guaranteed old and original!
I purchase my items from local estates, auctions, warehouse overstock and cannot confirm anything about them or if they come from smoke free/pet free homes.
