message area.  It's very important to have all the information that will go on the 

bag so we can proceed with no delays. 

Please be sure that spelling is correct.

*Refunds and Exchanges

All bags are printed to order. We don't accept returns or exchanges, so please be sure that 

you have the correct spelling. If I make an error, I will give you a refund, or supply a second item.

Every effort is made to properly represent each item through photos and descriptions.
