Item has been used with normal signs of cosmetic use, with some  scratching. But it is not damaged in any way, no cracks or dents. This flash filter is fully operational and functions as intended.  I would rate it an 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.

Please note that I don't know what flash it was made for. Filter is 66X39mm.
