How to Use:

1. Take out the intelligent module: push the intelligent module through the hole on the back of the dumbbell with your thumb.
2. Activate the smart module: Connect the power supply to the smart module through a USB charging cable. For a good first training experience, please charge the battery for 20 minutes or at least 2 bars before using. Non intelligent modules do not need to be removed and charged.
