Large (29 X 30 cm., or approx. 11 X 12 in.), 80 page hardcover in brown faux leather boards, with text in Portuguese and English.  

This book describes growing sugarcane and processing it into sugar, with emphasis on its history in Brazil.  There are many monochrome (brown) illustrations and about a dozen color photos.

Very good condition.  Unmarked and securely bound.  Mildly worn.  Front flyleaf has some light bends.
