Returns

Please contact us at first instance if there is anything wrong with the item(s).

We accept returns within 14 working days (under Ebay's policy).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item(s) is faulty. All item(s) go through a 3-point check system.

Buyers will be liable for any charges and costs for returning the item(s) back to the seller so we highly recommend the buyer uses tractable courier as the buyer is responsible for the item(s) until it reaches us.

Buyer must ensure the item(s) is returned the way it was packed and sent to the seller in a resalable condition. Any cuts or adjustments to the lengths will be not be eligible for full refund. If returned, 15% could be deducted if the item(s) was cut to a custom length.
