1. We offer a money back guarantee returns within 30 days of receiving your order. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Merchandise must be in original condition With Its Original Box and Unused. Return merchandise Without Original Box, Return Is Not Acceptable.

2. Upon receipt, we will reimburse you for the amount that applies to the item(s)  with any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed. 

3. You must pay the shipping costs on your return. 

4. As fore mentioned, we cannot exchange any products that have been opened or showing any signs of use, therefore please be very careful about handling items that you wish to exchange. In addition, opened gift sets or special orders may not be accepted for exchange.

5. If a fragrance is damaged during shipment, please store the fragrance in a safe place and contact us immediately to file a claim. Please note that it is very important for you to retain the damaged product in order to file the claim. USPS will need to inspect the package before they will issue any credit for products damaged in shipment.

6. If a wrong item is received, the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt and we will send the correct item and also refund the minimal postage charge that are required to return the item to us. For all returns, please include the following information inside the packaging:

• Full Name
• Phone Number
• Reason for returning your order
All returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as “delivered” to our facility. Once received, please allow 2 – 3 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
