A collection of works by Philip-Lorca diCorcia, one of the most original artists in contemporary photography. This book contains a huge amount of 1000 Polaroid works created over 20 years. In putting these together, I questioned the notion that context and narrative could be established through the power of editing, and realized that attempting to order photographs in a logical order was futile. As a result, the order is determined by computer-generated randomization rather than conscious design. A large volume approaching 8 cm thick.
