Of course, the winter wheels are registration-free as they are original Mercedes Benz aluminum rims with winter wheels.
The hub caps are not included.

There is no legal basis for the age of tires. The legislator in Germany and Europe only regulates the legally prescribed minimum tread depth (1.6 mm).
But what about new tires that have been stored for a long time? - Assuming proper and professional storage, a tire is considered brand new up to 3 years old and new up to a maximum of 5 years. If you have unused tires that are not older than 5 years, purchasing and installing them is technically safe.

The wheels have been freshly balanced and checked for concentricity.
