10.2. Manufacturer's guarantee for exhaust manifolds, downpipes and repair pipes from the manufacturer LRT Automotive GmbH

The manufacturer LRT Automotive GmbH grants a manufacturer's guarantee of 2 years without mileage limitation from the date of installation on the function and service life of the exhaust manifold, Y-pipe and repair pipe, provided that the vehicle has been demonstrably assembled and engine settings correctly.

For the guarantee conditions, the exhaust manifold, downpipe and repair pipe must be verifiably installed by a specialist workshop using the assembly parts included in the scope of delivery. The invoice from the specialist workshop serves as proof of the installation date. The geographical scope of the warranty claim is Germany, whereby the period for calculating the warranty period begins from the date of installation.

The guarantee refers to the freedom from defects in the advertised product, including functionality, material and production defects.

Warranty claims are excluded if changes were made to the exhaust manifold, Y-pipe or repair pipe during installation, if fuel not approved by the vehicle manufacturer was used or if mechanical force was evident. There is also no warranty claim if the installation was carried out improperly and not by a specialist workshop.

The prerequisite for claiming the warranty service is that the guarantor (manufacturer) is able to examine the warranty case in detail (e.g. by sending in the goods). It is important to ensure that any damage to the goods during transport to the manufacturer is prevented by secure packaging. A copy of the invoice must be enclosed with the shipment of goods so that the guarantor can check whether the guarantee period has been adhered to. Without a copy of the invoice, the guarantor can refuse warranty service. If your warranty claims are justified, you will not incur any shipping costs, i.e. the guarantor will reimburse any shipping costs incurred.

The vehicle owner's warranty claims against the workshop that installed the exhaust manifold, Y-pipe and repair pipe or the parts dealer from which the vehicle owner purchased the exhaust manifold, Y-pipe and repair pipe are not restricted by this warranty declaration.

If the product is defective, you can always contact us as a dealer within the scope of the statutory warranty. Regardless of whether there is a warranty claim or the warranty is being used.

This manufacturer's guarantee does not restrict your legal rights against us arising from the purchase contract concluded with us. Any existing statutory warranty rights towards us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise. The manufacturer's warranty therefore does not violate your legal rights, but rather extends your legal status.
