• Any discrepancies with the products must be brought to our attention within 5 days from the delivery date, after which time it is no longer our responsibility.

• All items are checked thoroughly before being dispatched so any damage caused in delivery is not our responsibility.

• All items must be paid for within 3 days of the end of the auction/listing, or at least notification of payment type must be made within this period.

• Items will only be sent after payment has been received and processed.

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return policy.

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• The item must not have been used within these 30 days, otherwise the return policy is void
• Items must be returned in NEW condition and be packaged as received. Any item not sent back in this manner will not be accepted on its return
• Once the item is back with us we will inspect the rug and then arrange the refund/exchange/store credit.
• If you believe you have received a faulty item it must be brought to our attention via ebay messaging within 5 days of receiving the item.

• In the event of a faulty item, photographic evidence will need to be sent to us for evaluation. So please allow up to 5 business days for evaluation. If found to be faulty we will arrange a return/collection label for you on the faulty item and a replacement will be sent.

• In the rare event that an item cannot be replaced a refund will be issued.
