Hi, on offer is one of these Black Sequin Semi Circle Fan Design  Appliques, they are in excellent condition and I estimate of around 20 years old being part of the contents of a fabric shop which closed down. It measures 14 cm long along the straight edge and 8 cm deep at the deepest.
