Once my order has been shipped when will I receive it?

Depending on the destination, you should expect your order to arrive in 3 to 10 business days. Deliveries to more remote locations might take up to 15 business days. For any questions regarding transit time, please contact us.

Do you charge for shipping?

We charge $3.49 for Economy Shipping.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

If your order does not arrive within 14 days, please contact us so that we can investigate with the delivery company.

One of the items is missing from my order. What do I do?

Sometimes items that are purchased on the same order may arrive to you on different days. We will send you an email to let you know when each item is on its way.

What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?

Most of our products do not require you to be at home to be delivered. In the event that you have ordered products which will not fit in your mailbox, and you are not home to accept the delivery, then the postal service will follow their usual procedure. This usually means a card is left to notify you of an attempted delivery and the item will be held at your local sorting office.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver within Canada and Canadian territories.

Do you deliver on Public Holidays?

Holidays are not considered working days, so we don't include these in our estimated delivery times. In this instance you should expect delivery on the next working day following the Holiday.

How do I return an item?

To arrange a return please contact us and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you. All you need to tell us is which items you wish to return and the reason why. We will then issue you a unique Returns Authorization (RA) number and the return instructions.

I have received my item, but I no longer want to keep it?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund - please note that DVDs, Blu-rays & 4K Ultra HD that have been opened or have had their shrink-wrap removed are not eligible for return.

I have received my item but it's damaged / faulty. What should I do?

If your item arrived damaged or is faulty, we will make this right as soon as possible, either by sending a replacement item to you or refunding your account. In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged or faulty, all you need to do is contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and we will provide you with the relevant returns information.

I have received an item that I did not order. What should I do?

If you received an item that you did not order, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or replacement.

When will I receive my refund/replacement?

We will process your refund / replacement as soon as your item is received back into our warehouse. Replacements are subject to availability and, if not available, a refund will be given instead. Where possible please retain the packaging that your original order arrives in as you can use it to return the items to us.
