mouse do not have the link5 logo, The link5
receiver cannot be used.
2:If your keyboard and mouse have the HP link5
logo, congratulations! After manually pairing the
receiver with your keyboard and mouse, you can
use it.

Using Link-5
If you already have a Link-5 receiver plugged into a USB port on your PC, there is no need to plug in an additional receiver. To pair your keyboard or mouse, move it to within 1 foot (30cm) of your existing Link-5 receiver, press the Connect button on the bottom of the device, and then press a key or click a mouse button.
