NEW OLD STOCK!!!!  So cute!!  Vintage Franks Nursery & Crafts knee hugger girl with big blue eyes, wire rimmed glasses, white hair and a cute red and white outfit!  Sort of like an elf, but she does not have pointy ears.    Soft construction with a vinyl face and wire arms & legs for posing.  She measures 5" in height in the partially sitting position she is in!  I've looked all over the internet and can't find another gal like her!
