For your consideration is a Boy Scout Neckerchief slide kit.   A Buffalo Skull kit.  Purchased at Summer camp over 10 years ago for one of my kids.  Of course, never did it.  Kit is new, part of the seam at top is not sealed.  I can't vouch if the paint is still good as it's been in storage in a smoke and pet free home for awhile.   Please ask any questions before purchase
