SHIPPING

We ship items using USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx, UPS, or USPS media mail, based upon the weight and size of the item and what is most cost-effective for you. But if you need something faster, we can usually accommodate it by upgrading your shipping option. Just message us to explain what you need, and if we can do it, we’ll modify the listing for you to add a faster shipping option. All items are shipped with a tracking number.

EASY RETURNS

Does it not fit, or you just don’t like it? No problem. Mail it back to us within 30 days, and we will cheerfully refund your purchase price upon receipt. No questions asked. **Please note: We rely on the tracking information as confirmation of delivery. If the tracking service shows the item as “delivered,” but you did not receive your package, we are not able to issue a refund on that basis. In this instance, please contact the postal service or delivery service, as we are not able to assume responsibility for their errors or package theft. Thanks for your understanding.

SENDING A GIFT?

Are you sending something as a gift? We are happy to include a note for free, or to add a card ($2) or gift-wrap ($4). We do not include packing slips so your gift recipient will never know how much you saved! Just send us a message!

PACKAGING PROTECTION

It snows and rains. We package all items (even items shipped inside a box) with a bag or barrier of some kind to ensure that your item is protected.
