Special Features:

This listing is for a BRAND NEW WITH TAGS (and buttons) tactical 5.11 mens size 44 regular single breasted Navy Blue 725 (Model # 48008) suit jacket/blazer (See Photos - Notice 5.11 is written out as Five Eleven). This 60% wool, 40% polyester jacket has a combination of two large hidden pockets and six storage areas within the interior of the jacket. YOU WILL NOT FIND THIS JACKET ANYWHERE, AND I MEAN ANYWHWRE. 5.11 sold out of them within hours and, as of right now, has no current plans to bring their line of tactical suit jackets back, so grab this one before it's gone for good.

The first three photographs are of the jacket loaded with the second, larger configuration of tactical equipment in order to give the buyer a realistic idea of what the jacket looks like when loaded with gear. Despite my inability to model the jacket in anything resembling a positive light, it at least shows how well this jacket carries the equipment you chose to carry in it.

The two large hidden pockets are hidden in the front below the lapels, are each secured by two Velcro patches, and each measure 9 inches long, 7 inches wide and extend all the way to the back of the jacket. The pocket on the wearer's right has a sewn in, seven inch Velcro patch for attachment of anything from restraints to a full-size duty weapon holster (see photos #16). The possibilities are literally constrained by the owners imagination. The Velcro on the wearer's left is identical to the pocket on the right with the exception that instead of one large piece of Velcro sewn into the secret pocket there are two vertical Velcro straps measuring 8 inches tall and are 4 inches apart. Like the other pocket, this configuration could hold almost anything the owner can imagine.

On the wearer's right, there is a zipped-in and button fastened dual magazine holder. For a handgun, these magazine holders will hold up to 2, 21 round double stack magazines functionally and can secure with a Velcro strap 2, 17 round double stack magazines. For an AR-15, these pockets will each securely hold 2, 30 round magazines.

On the wearer's left, there is a zipped-in and button fastened single magazine holder, a rounded pocket, and two pen/pencil compartments. The magazine will hold up to 1, 21 round double stack magazines functionally and can secure with a Velcro strap 1, 17 round double stack magazine. For an AR-15 configuration, this pocket will hold 1, 30 round magazine. The rounded pocket securely holds a full-size ASP collapsible button and would likely hold a five to six inch flashlight.

I chose to illustrate the capabilities and capacity of this jacket by demonstrating two potential loadout combinations based on an operator's need. By operator here, I mean private citizen, police officer or state/federal sworn agent, military member, private security, executive protection, and the like.

For the first configuration I chose a clandestine communications earpiece and microphone set, communications radio, 2, 21-round 9mm magazines, 1, 15-round 9mm magazine, one ASP collapsible baton, an IWB (In Wait Band) holster, one Sig Sauer P365XL 9mm pistol with a 15 round magazine, Holosun HS507K X2 optic and a surefire weapon light, and two ballpoint pens. This configuration is one that would serve equally well your average law abiding, second amendment exercising citizen, or a sworn police detective wearing soft cloths while on duty. It is important to not that the Sig Sauer P365XL 9MM fit equally well inside the wearer's waist band, or in a Velcro adapted holster stored in either of the large hidden pockets leaving little, if any, indication the weapon was present in the jacket.

For the second configuration I chose a clandestine communications earpiece and microphone set, 3, 30-round AR-15 magazines, one ASP collapsible baton, two ballpoint pens, one IWB Sig Sauer P365XL 9mm pistol with a single 15 round magazine, a Holosun HS507K X2 optic and a surefire weapon light with no additional magazines. I also chose a PSA 10.5 inch carbine 5.56 NATO 1:7 Phosphate 9 inch lightweight M-LOK MOE EPT SBAY Pistol upper, and PSA lower with MAGPUL CTR stock, POF USA curved, 2-stage trigger, and a Holosun HS510C and HM3X combo optic, and a 90-degree forward pistol grip handle with custom "Extreme Hold" tactical grip. (Yes, this is an SBR regulated by the ATF under the NFA, and yes, it is fully registered and licensed - just to prevent the undoubted email messages I would receive).  This is coupled with a Proven Arms and Outfitters Schmeisser 60-round double stack magazine. This configuration is one that again runs the gambit from the law-abiding citizen to plain-clothed military and civilian operators, law enforcement, personal and executive protection, bail recovery agents, and the like. While this configuration clearly lends itself to an increase in the likelihood of a violent confrontation where the use of close quarter combat tactics and movements would be well suited for the reality is you just never know, and I'd personally rather be prepared for the worst and not need it than need it and be unprepared.

The bottom line; this is your piece of tactical equipment, and you should outfit it as you see fit. These are just my personal examples and don't necessarily represent the tactical configurations I'd choose when using this tactical jacket. So, good luck configuring your own solutions to what potential issues you see yourself confronting and enjoy this exceptional tactical and esthetic jacket.
