CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of many of my products being custom or personalized, I will only accept cancellations of an order if something is wrong with the item as soon as a message is received within 24 hours of the purchase.

Returns: please contact me about a return within 7 days of delivery, and send the item back to me within 14 days of delivery.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is not returned to me in it’s original condition, you will also be responsible for any loss in value.
