LUNGWORT LEAF 20g - 4900g  (Pulmonaria officinalis)  | Dried Tea Herb

In our country it is found especially in the Serres region and in shady places in northern Greece.

According to various estimates, there may be between 10 and 18 species found in nature.

How is it used?

The leaves as an infusion: 1 teaspoon of dry Lungwort in a cup of boiled water for 10-15'. We drink 3 times a day.
