Cap is in good condition, it shows normal wear. I don't see any cracks or anything damaged. It looks and works good. It is not loose.
I would rate then as average condition, or 9 out of 10.
Cap ID is 65mm. It is little bit too large for 62mm rim. Cap OD is 68mm , but it is too small for 67mm lens.
So not sure what lens it was made for.
