This is a girl's size 12-14 purple and black witch dress and hat.  It is made by Costume USA.  The dress is black velour.  It has a sheer purple overlay with purple sparkles.  The sleeves are black velour with sheer purple bell sleeves at the ends. There is a faux black belt with a purple buckle at the waist.  There is a black witch's hat with purple stripes and purple edging on the brim.  It has  a large purple flower with a black sparkly center.  The hat has some wear and a bit of hot glue showing on the seam.  The dress is a pullover style.  It is in excellent condition.  It is made of 100% nylon  The dress measures 44" long with a 25" waist and is 13" from side seam to side seam under the arms.  Very Cute!
