He is not mint, but very close. I see very very little wear, even in areas I would have expected it, like the face or red details. Maybe the tiniest of scuffs or rubs here or there, but nothing significant at all. I have not removed his cloak to check below it but tend to think there's minimal if any wear, based on what I've seen overall. His nunchucks do have a little patina on the metal areas, that's a minor issue.

I don't know that his legs are as tight as the day he came out of the package but overall I had no issue getting him to stand. 

Cardback does have wear, creasing across the middle where the bubble would have been attached and in several other areas, a few little dings on the bottom. But graphics are minimally impacted, maybe not as bright as original condition, but no damage beyond the creasing.

Not perfect, but this is an exceptionally rare figure and about as good a packaging example as you're going to get outside of mint in package!

Purchased from a serious collector who knew his stuff and didn't purchase knockoffs, I have every reason to think this is authentic!
