I have sold and currently listing some wonderful items to the great people of eBay.  This is the exact item you will receive.  Here is the breakdown: 

   1. 7.5" Venetian Bracelet- has normal wear- darker toning, hairlines.  no issues with the lock. 16.1 grams

   2. 18" Elsa Peretti Chain and open Heart Pendant - dark toing, hairlines and scuffs on the heart.  Normal wear.  10.1 grams

For Cleaning - PLEASE CONTACT A PROFESSIONAL JEWELER.  As far as polishing it is my understanding that Tiffany & Co polishes their items for customers for no or little money. AGAIN - DOES NOT INCLUDE ORIGINAL BOX OR POUCH. WILL BE IN THE BAG YOU SEE IN THE PICS. Would add nicely to any collection.   See high def pics to determine condition ,style, etc.
