The fine print
*eBay is my full-time job, but I'm not available 24/7. I'm not perfect but I try to work with my customers and acknowledge mistakes. I've been on eBay since 1997 and have had few unhappy experiences.
*I typically ship within 10-20 hours, with nearly daily morning post office picks up. Tracking may not show up until the next day. International buyers, I sometimes take an extra day with your items. If you have a problem with your order, please be aware I may have it out the door within hours and cannot change anything once it's with the USPS. Many Friday purchases may go out the door on Monday.
* I ship international items as merchandise, not gifts and I do not change the value of the item to help you with customs fees. All customs/import fees are your responsibility.
I do NOT hold Buy it Now items and will open unpaid item cases after 3-5 days.
* All priority mail domestic items are insured.
*I use automated feedback.. leave me positive feedback, you'll get it in return.
