This is a Vintage 15" Tall Wizard Of Oz Scarecrow. 1987 Turner Entertainment Co. Division if Hamilton Gifts. It is 15" tall x 10 1/2" wide. It is new with tags. It requires a stand which is not included, it does not stand on its own.

It is in excellent condition.
