Couldn't decide if I should include the basket or not, but it works perfect on the rack.  The rack attaches to bike post over the rear tire. The basket attaches to the rack with zipties, and I will include some in your package when I ship it. If you don't want the basket, or only want the basket, let me know and I will adjust the price.
