All machines are tested by our engineers, which includes: Set up of prizes and stakes, fitted locks, checked lamps and bulbs, soak and play tested, checked speakers, cleaned inside and out, checked payouts, checked battery, tightened connections and screws, checked and replaced (if needed) button and door switches, checked reels, meters and latest software version update. Once the machine has passed testing phase, it will be wrapped and packed securely for transit.

Delivery & Costs
Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm - (If you would like to collect yourself)
If you live within 5 miles of our location, delivery to your address will be free of charge.
Carriage £75 to most areas (UK Mainland). However, some postcodes may incur additional charges. (i.e, Scotland etc).
Guaranteed next-day delivery, £100. Delivered on a pallet (Monday to Thursday). However, some postcodes will vary.
We use national dedicated transport companies with bespoke vehicles to deliver your item(s). The equipment will be wrapped and strapped securely, and usually delivered by a luton or 7.5 tonne vehicle with a tail-lift.
Once the item(s) have been ordered, we pass the job to the courier and they in-turn collect the equipment within a few days. The courier will then schedule the equipment for delivery and will ring you the day before. We do not know the delivery date; However, usually a machine is delivered from the point-of-payment within 5-10 working days and, if you're lucky, sometimes a bit quicker. The best way to speed your delivery up is to PROVIDE YOUR CONTACT NUMBER AFTER PAYMENT. I put this in capital letters as its so important you do this for us, as it helps speed up the process our end. Lots of customers don't tell us!

Information You Must Provide For Delivery
Full delivery address including Postcode, Mobile & Landline Numbers.
Our vehicles have one operative on board and should any kind of obstacle exist at either the collection or delivery address - that may hinder our operative from being able to complete a successful collection or delivery, then suitable help should be provided.
Examples: steps, stairs, tight doorways, gates, steep inclines, steep declines etc.
Large items such as pool tables will require the assistance of a strong adult at both the collection and delivery points. Where assistance is provided, we accept no responsibility for any insurance liabilities of any nature resulting from such assistance being provided.
After purchase of equipment, please make our office aware of any restriction in or around your premises that may hinder our driver from positioning the vehicle outside your premises - prior to carrying out the collection or delivery. Please also be aware that our vehicles range from transit tail lift sprinters to articulated lorries.
While our collection and delivery service is a door-to-door service, we are requested from time-to-time to enter private premises to help position a product, and while we are happy to do this and help where possible, we are not insured to be inside a property and we cannot therefore accept any responsibility for any kind of liability whilst inside a property. It is therefore the buyers responsibility to ensure that they are adequately insured for any possible liability that could occur during the course of a delivery or collection.
