Each laptop undergoes thorough testing conducted by our skilled technicians. They meticulously evaluate each device confirming its functionality with the help of automated testing software, which keeps a comprehensive audit trail for each component. Testing includes and is not limited to Motherboard, CPU, Memory, Trackpad, Keyboard, Network adapter, Battery health, Speakers, Microphones, Touchscreens, USB Port, and Webcam. 

Laptops may show minor signs of wear/tear from previous use. Any major defects will be noted in the description of the item. Please refer to our photos and/or ask questions prior to purchase.

Prior to requesting a return, kindly reach out to our customer support team via email for troubleshooting assistance. It's important that you get in touch with us, as we can often resolve issues without the need for a return.

Return Requirements:

All return packages must include all original items in the same condition they were originally sent. To facilitate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, an RMA number will be issued, and it should be visibly placed on the exterior of the return packaging.

Shipping Costs:

Please note that customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.

Exclusions from Return/Refund:

We want to clarify that we are not responsible for issues related to technical specifications, compatibility, fitment, application, buyer's remorse, or accidental purchases. In cases where a return or refund is requested for these reasons, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

We will only accept payments through eBay. All payments must be made within 4 days of purchase, otherwise an unpaid item case will be opened automatically. After the case has been opened, you will have an additional 4 days to purchase the item before the sale is cancelled. 

• Orders are processed within a standard 2-day business handling period. Please note that we are unable to expedite order or bypass the 2 day period.
  
• We only process domestic shipments through eBay. Orders will only be processed to the eBay verified address that is registered on your account prior to purchasing the item. Please confirm your address is correct before purchase, as we will not ship to an address that is not registered to your account at the time of purchase.
• All shipments with values exceeding 100 dollars will be shipped with direct signature required
