JP Chenet launches its SO FREE range of dealcoholised wines After a traditional vinification, dealcoholisation is carried out by vacuum distillation within a rotating cone column. This innovative process requires no addition of chemicals or heating. No less than 30 hours are required to gently remove the alcohol from the wine. The structure of the wine and its aromatic quality are thus preserved, without the addition of flavours, for an authentic and natural taste. Our experts have selected this Chardonnay grape variety from France for the intensity of its aromas.
