Mood comes from a long and careful selection of grapes capable of standing out and representing the excellence of Made in Italy all over the world. An alcohol-free wine which stands out for its fresh and balanced taste, enveloping and structured, thanks also to its two year ageing in oak and concrete barrels. Fossile Fiorentino is an intense red with garnet reflections. With hints of ripe red fruits, including cherry and blackberry and liquorice, accompanied by balsamic notes. It has excellent structure and an enveloping, fresh and balanced taste. 70% Sangiovese, 15% Merlot, 10% Colorino, 5% Petit Verdot. Aged for two years. Served in a distinctive glass bottle with glass stopper. Mood is Halal certified and 0.0% alcohol.

Mood undergoes a complex ageing process- 30% of the wine is aged for 2 years in oak barriques, 30% in conical wooden barrels and 40% in concrete tanks before blending, making it stand out as a non-alcoholic-red-wine. Halal certified with 0.0% alcohol content.

After two years of ageing the wine in oak and concrete barrels, Mood Fossil gives you hints of ripened red fruits including cherry, blackberry, terracotta, and liquorice accompanied by balsamic notes.
