The Club's first medals were struck by the Lombardo Mint in 1967 to commemorate Canada's centennial year. The Club struck a medal each year up to 1980 with the exception of 1972. In 1975 the club switched from the Lombardo Mint to the Albert Mint.

City of Kamloops arms was used on several of the medals as the City supported the Kamloops Numismatic Society by purchasing a number of the medals to give to tourists and visiting V.I.P.'s, The mintage figures for 1976 is unrecorded but going by previous mintages it was likely  200 bronze and 100 silver.
