This is a wonderful old antique hand painted 8 1/2" red and pink roses with a heavy gold scalloped border. Marked T&V Limoges France. Under a loupe I see some microscopic pinhead paint nicks on one red rose. See photo. One the back side I see a small area with scratches. Not worth noting. I see no chips, cracks or repairs. Great condition.  Stunning in person. Thanks for looking.
