For sale we are delighted to present one of a collection of signed original gouache paintings from a private collector of ornithology subjects this one being a Grouse in an arable field with further Grouse to background, the painting signed by the Artist Chris Shields.

The painting is beautifully painted in fantastic detail & many of Chris Shields paintings & works have been displayed throughout the British isles at exhibitions, have been used for illustration purposes, cards, postcards books, illustrations & Chris has won dozens of awards Nationally.

Condition excellent condition with no issues, frame may have minor marks though, please note If we deliver personally what you see is what you are buying, if the item is posted we will place well packaged mounted painting between plywood we will remove the backboard & glass, glass is replaceable the painting wouldn't be if the glass damaged it by breaking. We will include pins to tack the backboard in place once you have ordered your glass just pop back in, the glass should cost you no more than £10 if it did need replacing.
