Condition: Used, good Part Number: 5300955, 5300956 Master Cylinders Description: This is an original pair of front brake system steel backing plates w/wheel cylinders for 1940 Chevrolet passenger car applications. these backing plates are in good structural condition with no unintended bends, warps, or major rust damage. They are covered in grease, dirt, and some surface rust but will clean up nicely to prep for new paint and installation. The wheel cylinders are in-tact but have not been used in many years and appear that they will need to be rebuilt. These were used on a 1940 Chevrolet but may work for earlier or later model year applications. These backing plates each measure 13-1/4" in overall diameter.
