440 g Traditional Swedish SURSTROMMING Sweden Smelly Stink Fish Can Prank Fermented

A true Swedish Classic!

Traditionally "enjoyed" with potatoes, onion and sourcream on swedish flatbread.

Probably the smelliest food in the world!

Description

Surströmming is the Swedish name for soured fermented herrings. Caught in the cool Baltic waters of southern Sweden during the spring months, the herrings are fermented in barrels of brine for a month or two before being canned. In the absence of pasteurisation or sterilisation the fermentation process continues in the cans which, after approximately six months, pressurize and bulge. This is perfectly normal and, as long as there are no leaks, they are safe to eat from.

Perfect for a STAG PARTY, BACHELOR NIGHT or UNIVERSITY PRANKS!
