This is a gorgeous dress by Pearl Lowe - Peacocks. It has been worn but is in excellent condition.
It has short sleeves with fold back and split detail. The neck is V shape and small buttons run down the front.
The skirt is flared and it's unlined with a hidden zipper to the side.
