Shipping

Please note we are shipping from Canada. We ship Canada Post. Thank you in advance for your patience. Also note that most standard shipping rates do not provide tracking numbers from Canada. If uncertain what method to chose please check before payment is made. We are working hard to ensure delivery, in the event anything happens please contact us!

Multiple Purchases: (USA) $3.50 for the first item, each additional item is $1.00

At this price there is no tracking numbers unless you have requested and paid for it.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Is there something we can work out before a return?

Please note that since we are in Canada we cannot print shipping labels through eBay.

Enclose a short note stating your eBay User ID, the item number, and reason for return.
Item must be returned to us in the condition it was received. Please do not have dry cleaned or altered in anyway.

We will process your refund within 3 business days of the arrival of your return, so it's helpful to take note of a tracking number in order to follow the progress.

How do you rate an item’s condition?

Most of our scarves are preowned and may show very minor signs of wear. We try to sell accessories we feel are in Excellent condition.

New With Tags – Our customers appreciate that we list these as PreOwned because although the tags are still attached we have acquired them used. This may change in the future, if we offer a line of New Scarves
Excellent – No significant signs of wear, does not diminish the overall appearance or wearablity 
Excellent Vintage - Says... it is excellent, however, remember it is a vintage piece, this is figured in and may not be perfect
Very Good: Occasionally there is a scarf that shows minor visible wear and shows light use/wear, in this case we do not rate rather we will do our best to mention anything in the description and in photos 
Fair: You will rarely see this, so if you do, it means we think it is an exceptional piece and worth listing with signs of wear noted and photo'd
Craft or As is: This is as it states. We are not selling for wearing (although of course that is up to you)! We are selling for crafts/upcycling projects or as is for your collection! 

We hand pick our items and check carefully for damage. We rarely list anything that is not in excellent condition, however if we do it is because we feel it is an exceptional item, a vintage or collector piece. If I did not feel it was a great piece or that the minor flaw took away from it’s appearance I would not offer it. Please allow for slight variation in colors as monitors can vary. We want this to be a positive experience! I have tried to add as much detail to item specifics, and in photos however, if in the process we have missed something, if there is information missing or you have questions please contact us.

Do you charge Taxes?
We are a registered business. Canada – Ontario & Other Provinces will need to pay applicable taxes.

What if I receive a damaged item?

We try to be as detailed as possible in our description and take lots of photos however if something has been missed, something has happened during shipping or there is another problem please contact us.

What if the item I receive is the wrong one?
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us as soon as possible, so we can attempt to rectify!

Can I wash a silk scarf?
I hand wash with mild soap (baby shampoo or other gentle chemical free) & air dry or Dry Clean
