It features a composite construction of aluminium foil, silicone adhesive, glass cloth and flame resistant polyurethane, optimising barrier performance up to 550°C, with minimal weight and material thickness. Presented in a self-adhesive format making it simple to install.
It has a higher than average 20mu aluminium foil face making it extremely durable and resilient even after repeated manipulation during fabrication. The adhesive used to laminate the aluminium foil to the glass cloth is a special high temperature silicone adhesive, greatly reducing the chances of the foil cracking or delaminating from the glass cloth. In addition, the base glass cloth fabric is impregnated with a black flame resistant pu coating to prevent fraying during CNC machine slitting and fabrication, ensuring a clean cut and professional finish.
Our radiant heat shield offers a flexible, easy to apply material to help reflect heat away from electrical components and can also be used on the inside of fairings, body panels etc. to protect paint finishes from extreme heat, the bottom of fuel tanks, inside of sumps, bottom of air boxes and to prevent heat transfer to swing arms on close fitting exhausts.
**This product must not be adhered to hot surfaces e.g. exhausts as the adhesive would fail or ignite. It is only designed for radiant heat deflection.**

This means you may be liable for import taxes and customs fees for your order. If applicable, the shipping courier will bill you for these charges.
For clarity, import charges are imposed by your government and the courier collects the charges from recipients. The charge is not for shipping.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. All our ebay items have free standard UK delivery with express delivery as an option. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible usually the same day if purchased before 2pm.
Why buy from us?
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us unless stated in the listing otherwise, if the item is found to be faulty we will also refund the postage cost. (This does not cover battery warranty claims after 30 days) If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a replacement (where possible) or full refund of the purchase price. All items must be returned in a saleable condition, in its original package and with all labels attached. The item must be protected with outer packaging similar to that with which it was sent. Items must be returned within 60 days.
